Alumni
Latinxs/Chicanxs for Community Medicine at UCLA is currently working to expand its Alumni network in order to maintain our Alumni involved. The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us reconnect with past alumnus pursuing their respective health careers, which has posed to be a challenge in the past. What we hope to accomplish is to create a strong alumni database to have data on our organization and to give our students the opportunity to connect with our past alumni. This questionnaire will also allow LCCM to keep the alumni in the loop by allowing us to share invitations to quarterly events/socials.
Donations
