Latinxs/Chicanxs for Community Medicine at UCLA is currently working to expand its Alumni network in order to maintain our Alumni involved. This questionnaire aims to help us reconnect with past alumnus pursuing their respective health careers, which has posed to be a challenge in the past. What we hope to accomplish is to create a strong alumni database to have data on our organization and to give our students the opportunity to connect with our past alumni. This questionnaire will also allow LCCM to keep the alumni in the loop by allowing us to share invitations to quarterly events/socials. 

Annual LCCM Alumni Senior Award

The Latinxs/Chicanxs for Community Medicine (LCCM) Alumni Senior Scholarship was designed to provide a LCCM member with a monetary award for their accomplishments as a student and a LCCM member. LCCM alumni have collaborated to provide a monetary contribution to a graduating senior or recent graduate who will be applying to professional school or graduate programs in the future. We are asking for any donation possible (no amount is too small!) to be able to provide scholarships that will help our seniors and recent alumni financially to achieve their professional goals as well as recognize their amazing accomplishments in their community. We want to be able to recognize their resilience during this time.  A HUGE THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO HAVE DONATED.

Fill out Alumni Questionnaire to receive Monthly LCCM Alumni Newsletters! 

We strongly believe in the support behind the CCM/LCCM familia, and we would like to be able to share with you all a bit of what current LCCM members have been up to and invite you all to engage with our organization today. With the launch of our Monthly Newsletter, we hope to highlight LCCM accomplishments, highlight stories from past alumni or current undergraduate students, invite you all to our events, and continue to foster the connection among all LCCM familia. Again, perhaps it may be hard to follow up with LCCM as it stands today, but we hope to be able to share a bit of our continuously growing organization and ways to get involved. This is also a great way to get the current LCCM community excited and learn more about how LCCM formed a part of your journey.

We hope to send you upcoming newsletters and updates, and we hope you enjoy looking over them. If you have trouble accessing the forms or links on the newsletters, do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we can get them to you as soon as possible. We would appreciate it if you could share the newsletter with any other past CCM/LCCM alumni who may not have had the chance to fill out our Alumni Survey or who may be interested in attending any of our events.
